Program locations

Our Faith Formation Program holds classes in Honesdale and Damascus. The Honesdale Program is on Sunday 9-10:10am at the CFCC. The Damascus Program is on Thursday 3-4:10 at the Damascus School. For more information please call 570-647-1555.

Opportunities for Children in our Parish

Do you wish for your child to be more involved in the parish?  Are you seeking activities that will interest them to come to church and grow in their faith?

  • *******VBS Registration – July 10th – 14th (9-12pm daily) – download by clicking.*********
  • Our parish is looking for altar servers who are in grades 3 or above and have received First Communion. You can download a registration form here.  Trainees will be expected to attend five or six sessions, and then will be commissioned at a Sunday Mass by our priests.  For more information about our servers click here.
  • The Children of Mary Society for boys & girls ages 8 – 13 meets the first Saturday each month from 8:45-11 AM in St. Mary Magdalen Meeting Room for movies, crafts, prayers and a snack. FREE!
  • **Not available at this time** – Our parish is offering the Children’s Liturgy of the Word to children between the ages of 4-7, during the 10:30 AM Mass at St. John’s Church.  Help spread the word, so all the little children can hear the Word of God!  We look forward to sharing the Good News with your child!
